Terms & Conditions

These booking conditions apply to stays booked on this website at Aphrodite Apartments, Mytikas 300 19, Greece (ΑΜΑ 00002203960) – “we”. By completing a booking you accept them.

1. Your booking

Your booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation e-mail. Prices are for the whole apartment and the whole stay, for up to 4 guests; each additional guest costs €10 per night, up to 6 guests per apartment. The total shown at checkout is the full price of your stay. It does not include the climate crisis resilience fee (ΤΑΚΚ), a state fee of €8 per apartment per night from April to October and €2 per night from November to March, which you pay at the property on arrival and for which you receive a separate receipt.

2. Rates, payment and cancellation

• Flexible: you pay a 30% deposit when you book and the rest on arrival. You can cancel free of charge up to 15 days before arrival and your deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel later or do not arrive, we keep the deposit (30% of the stay) and nothing more is charged.
• Non-refundable: you pay the full amount when you book. It is not refunded if you cancel, shorten your stay or do not arrive.

Cancellation charges apply to the price of the stay only. The ΤΑΚΚ is paid on arrival, so it is never charged if you cancel or do not arrive.

You can cancel online from the link in your confirmation e-mail. Card and IRIS payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 5–10 working days.

3. Changes to your booking

To change dates or the number of guests, contact us. Changes depend on availability and the price of the new stay applies.

4. Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00 and check-out by 11:00. Please tell us your arrival time in advance (you can add it on your booking page) so we can welcome you. For a later arrival, contact us before your trip.

5. House rules

• Children of all ages are welcome. Cots and extra beds are not available.
• Pets are welcome free of charge.

6. Damage and liability

Please treat the apartment with care. You are responsible for damage caused during your stay beyond normal wear and tear, and we may ask you to cover the cost of repair. We are not liable for loss of or damage to valuables left in the apartment, or for events beyond our control such as extreme weather, strikes or utility failures; in such cases we will do our best to help.
